By using PCREETest.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
PCREETest.com is a free lead-matching service. We connect healthcare facilities — primarily skilled nursing facilities — with independent biomedical technicians who provide Patient Care Related Electrical Equipment (PCREE) testing services. We do not perform testing ourselves and are not a party to any service agreement between a facility and a technician.
We do not guarantee the quality, credentials, licensure, insurance status, or performance of any technician in our network. Facilities are responsible for verifying technician qualifications before engaging their services. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding any services performed by matched technicians.
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its intended function — requesting PCREE testing services for healthcare facilities. You agree not to submit false or misleading information through our forms, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the site, or use the site to harass or defraud technicians or other parties.
Content on PCREETest.com is for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, regulatory, medical, or compliance advice. Facilities should consult qualified legal and compliance professionals regarding CMS, NFPA, Joint Commission, and other regulatory requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PCREETest.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or services matched through it, including but not limited to regulatory citations, equipment failures, or service disputes.
All content on PCREETest.com — including text, design, and code — is owned by or licensed to PCREETest.com. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
